Winton House is a 500 year Old Stately home with ties to Robert the Bruce, Mary Queen of Scots and Charles I. Architecturally it is one of the most important buildings in Scotland if not Britain for its unique Chimneys and 350 year old internal plasterwork. A house created by the Kings Master mason built to entertain royalty. Whilst it is a 15th century family home it has 21st Century technology making it a great venue to work and play. The house is 40 minutes from the airport and only 30 minutes from the centre of Edinburgh, set in the heart of the East Lothian countryside.
Able to host gala dinners for up to 72 in the big Dining room it is equally suitable for small groups on a getaway break.
There are 8 bedrooms within the main house additional overnight guests can be catered for at either Wintonhill Farmhouse, 6 bedrooms,4 star or Winton Cottage, 5 bedrooms, 5 star.
