Your bespoke break can include the thrill of falconry, one of the world's oldest sports.

We can arrange for an instructor to come to your castle accommodation or for you to visit a falconry school, so that you can learn the basics of handling and flying Harris hawks.

You can then test your new skills for a day in the field amid the natural beauty of the Scottish Highlands.

We can even organise falconry on horseback for our more adventurous clients.
